There is a myriad of estate agency firms in Islington/Highbury. We would not have considered Carlton if they had not sold us our property 11 years ago (when they were extremely professional), but we have had no regrets. This is a rare firm who understands the area, is realistic on price, works incredibly hard, and really offer personal service. In a difficult market, I really believe these are the people you need to instruct.

Sara and Carlton Estate Agent were just brilliant in our dealings with them. They were so helpful and thorough in all their work. Incredibly quick service from the lettings team at Carlton. Having returned home from hospital with a new born baby we were horrified to have no heating and hot water. A plumber attended that same morning and rectified the problem swiftly. 10/10 from the Carlton property management team!
